2.Battling Ropes x 100 strokes
3.24" Single Leg Box Jump x 10 reps
4.Single arm KB Clean and Press 20kg x 5 reps (each side)
5.DB Push Up & Rows 12.5KG x 5
6.Double-Unders x 20 reps
